Pausing for a brief moment while staring directly at a person's eyes is pretty much all I need. It works. I've even got some people confessing that they were lying just by doing that.
Pretty much if you're good at detecting lies, you're gonna get good at lying, and the better you get at lying the easier it will be for you to detect lies. It's a never ending cicle that keeps growing.
